Things always seem to go wrong at the most inopportune times.

Depending on the situation, our workload, and prior obligations,
we will do our best to help you troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues. 

Broken items

If something isn't working and you need it fixed - from doorknobs to appliance swaps - give us a shout to see if we can help. All requests must be emailed if not a genuine emergency.

Technical Support

Renters can't figure out how to connect to the Wi-Fi, can't figure out the TV Remote, any other technology related emergency assistance needed we can go and assist.
All requests must be emailed if not a genuine emergency.

Random Requests

If your renters need assistance with something while you aren't in the area, we may be able to assist.
All requests must be emailed if not a genuine emergency.

Emergency vs. Non-emergency

If the situation is a genuine emergency, please be very clear that service will need to be rendered immediately/ASAP. 

If the situation needs to be resolved soon, but is not an actual emergency please email us. We will coordinate with you and assess our schedule.
This will save you an emergency rush service fee, and prevent us from having to drop items we have scheduled.

Pricing/what to expect

Every trouble call will be billed on a case-by-case basis.
In some cases, we can give you a rough estimate of the cost or a minimum.
However, especially in unexpected situations, service may require more or fewer hours than we anticipate, or other problems may arise.
Thus, the final bill for service will reflect our true cost of labor and supplies.
The more information we know in advance, the better. We will always do our best to keep you informed along the way.

With the exception of pre-scheduled hot tub services and emergency trouble calls, we try to keep our weekends reserved for family time. If you reach out over the weekend or after hours about a non-emergency matter, we will get back to you as soon as possible in the following business days.
