working witH DCPS
Deep Creek Property Services, LLC (DCPS) is a small locally-owned family business run by Travis & Jess Tuck with very little help from their pup Riggs (aka Riggles) who typically tags along for the work day attacking the hose every time its turned on.
Work environment you can expect:
We hope you like the outdoors and driving around west MD! Plan to see lots of random wildlife. Keep in mind we work rain, sleet, snow or shine! But we never expect you to work in unsafe conditions.
We assign a list of work for the day which will auto-populate on your work phone (that we will provide) with all of the info you might need to access the properties and do your service as efficiently as possible. Then you mark them off as you go.
Plan to work solo after your training is complete. Length of training will vary from person to person. For the sake of transparency - there will be random quality control checks to ensure our clients tubs are sparkling and properly balanced.
Working hours are pretty flexible. As long as the assigned work list for the day is complete and is done to the standards that we train you for the rest of the day is yours. If you finish your list in 5 hours you still get paid for the full 8.
We provide: all work supplies you will need to do the job, a company cell phone, and a daily gas stipend in addition to your daily pay.
Work-life balance is crucial & family comes first.
Open lines of communication are a must for both us and you - let's talk though any issues and problem solve together. If you think we could be doing something more efficiently, or if there are any things we can do to make your work day smoother/easier let's work together.
